Kombucha

Now that I've recommited myself to being a gym rat, I've noticed I need more energy, vitamins, raw nutrients, and just plain ol' healthy stuff.

 

I've been a Syngery lover for over a year now, but recently fell back in love after Sprouts had a 2 for $5 sale. Yes, sales make me weak in the knees. Anyone else?

 

I'll admit, these kombucha drinks take and acquired taste bud pallet, but if you like fizzy, tart, sweet, and tangy stuff, you'll love these. My favorite is the beauty in the middle, which is called triology. This is probably one of the stronger flavors, but for some reason, I dig it.

I digress.

 

If your just starting out I recommend guava, grape chia, and bilberry. It's insane how many nutrients are packed in these glass bottles. I could skip taking my omega-3 & multivitamin if I had one of these daily.

Reduces heart burn.
Made with fermented mushroom containing loads of healthy bacterias, yeast, and nutrients.
Has pro-biotics, antioxidants, a buttload of vitamins, organic acids.
Oh, and did I mention it's tasty?
Ya. That too.

 

Of course they are tad expensive ($2.99 ish), so I only drink half a bottle one day, and the rest another. You really don't need more than 1 serving a day, and 2 comes in a bottle.

I wanted to include this "food" review because I've noticed a tremendous difference in the way my skin, hair, and nails have been looking ever since I've amped up my daily nutrients. My hair is less brittle, nails are not breaking, and my skin has been glowly and clear for a few weeks straight. WINNING!
